Supervising Auditor-Appraiser

Under general direction, to be responsible for the activities of the business section of the Assessor's office; tosupervise, manage, coordinate, and participate in the audit and appraisal of business and personal property andfixtures for tax assessment purposes; and to do related work as required.
This is the highest level in the Auditor Appraiser series. The incumbent supervises, manages, coordinates, andparticipates in the work of a staff of Auditor Appraisers and has responsibility for completing the personalproperty section of the annual assessment roll.
